Westchester County,
NY October 21, the chapter sponsored a workshop and mini-concert
on the organ works of Dieterich Buxtehude and Nicolaus Bruhns
at the Old Dutch Church of Sleepy Hollow, made famous in Washington
Irving’s The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. Jan-Piet
Knijff was the host and presenter; Judith Barber Abel performed
admirably on the 17th century Dutch-style tracker organ. –
