9, a cooking demonstration by past dean Edna Schloton featured
her recipes from the new chapter cookbook, Preludes and Postludes.
Chapter members took turns making many delicious dishes, which
were then quickly devoured. Afterward, Edna was honored for her
many years of service as hospitality chairman. – Joyce Gardner
