"Rising Stars" Recital

Our “Rising Stars” live organ recital took place Sunday, October 18 at 4PM at the Church of Saint Pius X in Scarsdale. Due to pandemic restrictions, audience capacity was limited. For this reason the recital was recorded and can be viewed on our chapter YouTube channel. Performers included Daniel Ficarri Organ Scholar, The Church of St. Paul the Apostle, NYC, Founder of Sacred Sounds at St. Paul’s, composer and Eddie Zheng Juilliard student, AGO Regional Competition Winner, Hitchcock Presbyterian Organ Scholar/Music Intern. |

Our Members' Recital live organ recital took place Sunday, November 15 at 4PM at White Plains Presbyterian Church. Performers were: Tyrell Lundman - Director or Music Ministries, White Plains Presbyterian Church Jonathan Riss - Director of Music, Irvington Presbyterian Church Terence J. Twelfth Night Party

On Sunday January 10, twelve of our members gathered via zoom for a different kind of Twelfth Night Celebration. It was a time to connect, listen to a traditional Ukrainian carol arranged and played by member Alla Borzova and play a musical trivia/listening game put together by John Lettieri. Audio/Visual Technical Support Q&A via Zoom

On March 7, Jonathan Riss and Christopher Thomas Fasulo led a lecture to help answer a number of questions related to audio/video production, especially virtual choirs including the practical steps involved.
Jon and Chris walked us through their weekly process and showed us what goes into their productions. This was a rare opportunity to peek behind the scenes and see how these talented directors actually work. |
